俳人として20年以上、街や自然を歩き回ってきました。詩を書き続けるうちに、俳句と写真の表現はとても似ていることに気づきました。そんな思いで2011年から写真を始め、現在に至ります。

街や自然の中を歩いていると、自然が作った面白い景色や形がたくさんあることに気づきました。季節や光の加減で表情が変わります。その光景を写真で表現し、読者に伝えることが私の夢でした。今回は千葉県の海岸を歩いて写真を撮りました。撮った写真はすべて海岸の風景でしたが、将来は森や池、山を歩きながら写真を撮りたいと思っています。

As a haiku poet, I have been walking around town and nature for over 20 years. As I continued to write poem, I noticed that haiku and photography are very similar in their expression. For that reason, I started photography in 2011 and have continued to this day. As I walked through the city and nature, I noticed that there were many interesting scenery or shapes made by nature. Depending on the season or the light, their expressions change. It has been my dream to express those scenes with photographs and convey them to the readers. This time, I walked along coasts in Chiba prefecture and took pictures. All the pictures I took were coastal landscape, but in the future, I would like to take pictures while walking around forest, pond, and mountains.
