愛用のSIGMA DP２ quattro　を持って東京都庭園美術館に出かけた。東京都庭園美術館は1933年に皇族朝香宮の自邸として建てられ、その内装はアンリ・ラパン、ルネ・ラリックといったフランスのアール・デコ様式における著名なデザイナーが起用されている。この旧朝香宮邸、そして庭園の雰囲気は他では味わえないとことがあり、以前より訪れているがこの雰囲気を写真作品として仕上げるためにはSIGMA FOVEONセンサー以外あり得ないと思うに至った（東京都庭園美術館は、この様な歴史的な建物には珍しく館内の写真撮影が許されている）この度、１時間半くらいの撮影であったが30枚以上の作品として使える写真が撮れた。　ホームページの制約上12枚しかお見せできないが、美しい庭園美術館とFoveonセンサーにしか作れないトーンを楽しんで頂ければと思う。

I took my favorite SIGMA DP2 quattro out to the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum. The Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum was built in 1933 as the private residence of the imperial family Prince Asakamiya, and its interior was designed by Henri Lapin, René Lalique, and other famous designers of the French Art Deco style. The atmosphere of the former Asakamiya residence and its gardens is unique, and although I have been visiting the museum for some time, I have come to the conclusion that only a Sigma Foveon sensor could capture this atmosphere in a photographic work (the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, unusually for such a historical building, allows photography in the museum). (The Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum allows photographing inside the museum, which is rare for such a historical building.　Due to the limitation of the website, I can only show you 12 pictures, but I hope you will enjoy the beautiful garden museum and the tones that only a Foveon sensor can produce.
